The user does the required hand signs and then from his stomach chains will come out ripping any cloths that may have blocking the sealing point, the chains are like bijuu seeking missiles although unless the bijuu is hurt the bijuu may easily block the seal, if hurt by a S rank, then this attack the Bijuu would be caught rather easily as this seal travels 5 meters a post.

This jutsu puts a curse on the user restricting his arm from using A and high ranked jutsus to remove this curse the user must do a 500 word post explaining how he overcame this curse.The removal must be done in another thread.After 1 time doing this you may seal up to 2 more things with this jutsu.

-You say the duration is instant, but the jutsu travels 5 meters a post? Fix this please.
