The Shinobi

Physical Description: Kozai Tengai is a dark-haired, civilized kid. He has calm, red-looking eyes that are actually a dark brown, but the red effect is a trick of the light. He stands about 5'10" and is of a medium build, not being too skinny for his own good. He has an angular, almost equiline face, which gives the impression of an intelligent, thoughtful person. He usually keeps his fingernails cut and well-cleaned.
Clothing/Gear: Being a Kage, Kozai wears the standard flack jacket under a not so formal red cloak. He neglects often to wear the kage hat, considering it a useless burden. After all, the kage hat is nothing but a symbol, so Kozai only wears it in official cases. He doesn't have much in terms of gear, but what he does need, he can always requisition, right?  

Personality: Kozai is a cold, uncaring man. He doesn't usually look after others, and lives up to his nickname. He desires things he doesn't have, which includes money, other villages, and bloodlines. What he doesn't have, he usually ends up taking from others. However, if there is a ninja in his village that proves to be an asset, he views said ninja as more of a "possession" than a "person" and will go to extreme lengths to protect, nurture, and develop that ninja. In combat, he is a ruthless foe, giving no mercy regardless of the situation. Most of all, however, if he lets his opponent live, he compensates for it with emotional or psychological damage.
