D-rank: Can use jutsu with range of "self" on others, as long as they are within physical contact. This only goes for jutsu of up to A-rank
C-rank: Same as above, but up to S-rank
Description:Kozai realized that healing oneself was something extremely powerful when shared with others. He created this in order to help out his "assets" in times of need. He hoped that he would be able to develop a jutsu that would heal himself, or at least make himself more powerful.
Also, this was part of his "avarice" personality; by doing this, he could attain the title of "ultimate support ninja". He would be able to buff a team and lead them into battle.
Requirements: Be me or have OOC permission.
