| Advantages of the Ranks! Did you people really think we were gonna leave you hanging? No way in hell would we do that to our members. Here on NRNA, we have jutsu/items that each rank are able to start out with. All of these things are completely free, so don't worry about it "taking up space" or stuff like that. Genin LevelStart with all Academy Jutsu: • Substitution (Lasts 1 post; 2 post cooldown. Can only be used 3 times per topic) • Transformation (Lasts for 3 post; 2 post cooldown.) • Clone (Lasts 1 post; 2 post cooldown) • Surface/Water Walking Chuunin LevelChuunin get all the free things that Genin obtain along with some other things: • Chakra Senses • Body Flicker (Lasts 1 post; 2 post cooldown. Can only be used 3 times per topic) • Genjutsu: Kai (Lasts 1 post; 1 post cooldown) - Spoiler:
Name: Chuunin Flak JacketType of Item: Armour - For TorsoRank: C-RankElemental Alignment: None.Ability/Function: Is able to protect the wearer from simple attacks, such as weak punches or kicks. Can lower damage from those with Taijutsu Novice and below along with any E-Rank weapons and below(If there is anything weaker...). Anything above that will inflict normal damage upon the target.Appearance: Varies depending on the village - Spoiler:
History: "Flak jackets are a form of padded protective clothing designed to provide at least partial protection from things such as blunt-force trauma, shrapnel and other projectiles. For the most part, they have superseded the plate armour widely used by shinobi during the Warring States Period and the First Shinobi World War. They are usually worn by chūnin and jōnin over their normal clothing in most villages, although the design varies among the villages and have also changed over time."Requirements: Chuunin Rank and over.
