Description: The Kaze Boru was invented by Komizu Odai who was trying to discover a way to create a copy of the Rasengan. He came up with the idea of forming a small ball of fast moving air in his palm, utilizing his wind element. It's almost the exact copy of the rasengan, except it has a width of 5 inches and is made of pure wind. When this ninjutsu hits the enemy it send them spinning in a circular motion while the wind partially cuts where they are hit. The user can also throw the sphere up to 10 meters before it disappears, this is because the jutsu was mostly made for physical contact. There are no hand signs required to perform this technique. All the user needs to do is focus wind chakra into their palm (left or right, whichever), but can only make one sphere in one hand.


Extra Information:
-Must be Komizu or be taught by him (Oh yes, I'm going there)
-There is also a mastery to this jutsu in which the user is able to create one Kaze Boru in both hands. The range of which they can throw the technique also increases to 15m. Requires 1,000 words to master.
