In order to transport to a location the user must place a marking, or jutsu formula. They can place this on any surface, including other people. When an object is marked the mark will never disappear. (This isn't the case with other characters) If someone is marked that seal will last four threads. So once the marked character completes four threads it vanishes, unless the character wishes to keep the seal. If the user wishes to attack they must wait until at least four posts have been made by the marked character in a thread. When using this technique the user can only transport two times in each post. (Applies to battles or if the user intends to kill)

Extra Information: Mastering the technique will allow the user to three times in one post. The user will also be able to place the markings on special kunai at this point with a maximum of ten kunai able to be made. A word count of 2,500 words is required to do so.
