"The Rasengan does not require any hand seals to use, relying only on the chakra control of the user. Once it is complete, it becomes self-sustaining, which does not give the Rasengan a definite limit like the Chidori. The compacted nature and moving speed of the chakra allows the Rasengan to grind into whatever it comes in contact with to inflict major damage. This tends to launch the target spiraling backward after being hit or, if the target is lying on the ground or being launched to the ground, the destructive force is enough to form a crater." This technique has the shape of a sphere with a width that's a quarter of a foot, fitting in the user's palm. The more chakra a shinobi puts into it can increase the size by a good amount, even to going as large as a human's head. Ninjas can create and use variants of the rasengan once mastered along with being able to have a Rasengan in both hands. This requires a word count of 1500. Shinobi also can add their own elements to this jutsu to help with creating original techniques. Extra Information: Must claim in Banned/Limited list. XP Cost: 50 XP
