Samurai Arrangement

Instead of ninja's hidden village, samurai is military force originated from land of iron. They have different way to fight then regular shinobi. Here is the different between them :

Samurai uses blade-based weaponry instead of ninjutsu; when most ninja requires ninjutsu as their combat mechanism, most samurai uses any kind any form of bladed weapon (ex: sword, spear, axe, great sword, saw, etc). However, pure chakra can be imbued within the weapon to enrich its use.

Samurai uses technology instead of chakra manipulation; samurai prohibited to use any kind of ninjutsu, means no elemental for you guys. But, you can create a weapon or devices that able to convert your chakra to elemental energy using logical systematic. The elemental weapon or device you create will be locked to your element affinity (ex: lightning chakra type cannot create fire-based weapon or device). This can be upgraded in the same way with regular element upgrades.

Samurai uses military ranks instead of ninja ranks; general equals kage, veteran equals sannin, captain equals jounin, lieutenant equals chuunin and samurai equals genin. There is also ronin and ronin leader as an independent mercenary group that works under general's supervision.
