Ability/Function:Is a chain that is capable of binding opponents from the King's Armory, without every having to leave the Armory. It's about 100 meters long, and can be partially fired from the gate without leaving it entirely. In addition, having multiple ends, it can be fired from more than one portal at once. The chain is fully manipulatable by the creator. However, the greatest power of Ten no Kusari is its ability to "bind the divine". It cancels any self-enhancement jutsu, armor, or other non-weapon item under S-rank while it is in contact with an opponent.
Appearance:
History: Eiyu created this weapon and placed it into his Armory as one of his most prized items, and a treasure to be held over most others. He likes to use it as a mechanism to deter those who are stronger than he.

How many portals open at a time?

I'm okay with nullifying enhancement Jutsu and other non-weapon items....But they must be below S-Rank. It cannot do this to equivalent ranked items or Jutsu.
