Description:Activated by his left eye, Compulsion is Klaus' first Mangekyō Sharingan technique. It is activated by establishing eye contact with his target, once done it takes only an instant for it to come into effect. The victim of the technique eyes will flash red to signify its activation, from that point Klaus has complete control over the victim, making them obedient to his whim and command, which can be called verbally or telepathically.
In spite of its seemingly great compulsive effect, the technique has two (2) significant drawbacks. The first being that the victim(s) does have awareness over their actions. Klaus relishes in this as it forces persons to watch as they do something they don't want to. Albeit, to the victim(s) though it is beneficial as they can somewhat administer their actions. This means that they still must do what Klaus pleases, albeit if he isn't specific enough or they find a loophole in his words then they can do what he doesn't actually want them to. Such examples would be him telling someone to kill themselves, they can choose to do so by instead killing maybe a clone of themselves since it is figuratively them. This flaw usually go over most people's head, and finding a loophole is hard without some quick thinking.
The second drawback is the technique can actually be broken, albeit this requires the interference of a outside force. Meaning, if a person was to supply chakra to a victim of the compulsion in someway, their chakra can overwhelm the effect as with a genjutsu. This though would require the use of Genjutsu Kai at SS-Rank. Extra Information: N/A XP Cost: 70
