| Name: Ice: Hyouton What It Creates: It encompasses cooling, freezing, and such ice-related things. Required Basic Elements:Fuuton + Suiton Appearance: I'm pretty sure we've all seen an ice cube, but some effects are not visible, and merely cool liquids. - Appearance:
What It Does: This can use to cool things, to the point where they freeze, at higher-level jutsus. At even higher levels, the user can meld into ice (Demonic Mirrors) and maybe more.... Passive Uses: The user can use D-rank or below hyouton, suiton, and fuuton jutsus without the user of handseals. The user can cool liquids (see below). Description of Passive Uses: The user, by touching a liquid not associated with an organic being, can cool the liquid to 4 degrees Celsius. The volume of cooled liquid can only be up to a 25 x 25 meter pool, and the water cannot be frozen, regardless of the atmospheric temperature (so that this can't be abused). Requirements: Suiton, Fuuton, Yuki clan, or have DNA. | |
