Description: The user sinks their claws into ground to maintain balance and releases a deafening howl. Anyone within the range of hearing will be subjected to immobilization and may suffer some balance disorders during the technique. The sound affects the inner ear, labyrinth, and causes disturbance in the sense of direction and a slight vision blurr. This jutsu effect only remains stable until the person or companion howling is stopped or defeated
