Rank C The user still needs to touch to read the mind.
Rank Up: 1000 words
B Rank: The user can now read minds when their jutsus connect and can check threw their memories but not their attacks.

Kankri being basically a smart ass discovered this at a early age.He was able to read the minds of people he touched and their feelings.When he was around 10 he even read a cats mind. Kankri knew the extent of his abilities and didn't try to pass them. Kankri once tried to read his own mind and didn't really see much...

Kankri advanced threw to the last stage.He faught multiple battles winning most.The skill alows to see the weakness of another skill, weapon, and item. Kankri rarely ever used it after that due to the side effects. Kankri found his limit shortly after that so he knew what he could, and couldn't do.

Requirements: Be a Vantas(NOT A CLONE!) Have OOC permission from Kankri

If used 10 times your character will suffer a mental breakdown hearing dead men and woman screaming bloody murder they wont even let you sleep.

Denied, for 2 reasons:

1. There is no resist condition.

2. There is already a canon jutsu of "mind reading".
