Down [IO]

In an instant, the entire village of Iwagakure would appear in the borders, far above the area that the Black City was. Spatially, the village itself was still in a space-time bubble that Kozai himself had set up, being a defense against enemies. Of course, Iwagakure, as a result of the bends in Space and Time, would now be in both its original location and its new location at the same time. Kozai would jump outwards from the gates, and down towards the city below. Just before he would hit the ground, he turned into a mass of intangible shadow, and arose from the earth, ready to see the sights.
