C-rank: Range is extended to .5 miles.
Description:This skill is not unique to Kozai, but he was one of the only people in the world to develop it independently after struggling to place exact positions and conditions.

This skill is merely the result of a powerful ninja's aptitude with chakra senses. At such powerful levels, the user is able to reach out and use the normal skill with much more finesse than before.
Requirements: Can buy and upgrade for normal price, OR replaces chakra senses at kage or S-rank missing nin level.
