D-rank: The user can only analyze cells and their contents, determining clan origin. 100 words.
C-rank: The user can now modify his own body, changing his appearance and age within 3 years of his actual age. He can change his own biology completely (or course, he can't turn into an animal). 200 words.
B-rank: In addition to being able to change his own appearance, the user can now change the appearance of others by touching them. This has a cooldown of 2 posts. 400 words.
A-rank: Now, in addition to the aforementioned powers, the user can take a cell and create a lifeless body from it; a direct copy of the body that the cell originally was part of. This process has a 2-topic cooldown. The transformation of others has a cooldown of 1 post, now.800 words.
S-rank: Keeps the aforementioned powers.
However, this brings biomancy to the maximum, almost to the point of resurrection. (but not really). By taking a body and jumpstarting its biological and psychological systems, the user can create a new mind inside the now-alive body. The body's memories are sculpted by Kozai at creation, and must be registered under the character creation area and approved by the moderators. These receive their own update pages, and are subservient to Kozai. They start at academy student level, unless the corpse they came from was a PC character's who was at a higher rank. The user can only have three at a time.
These "children of Kozai" may use any jutsu that they meet the requirements for, of course.
At this level, the cooldown for the transformation of others disappears, and the cooldown for body generation becomes 1 topic. 1600 words.
Description: This came from Kozai's extreme fascination with biology. He realized that by changing his outward physical appearance, he could infiltrate extremely well, and cause a mass amount of sheer chaos due to confusion.

He was also frustrated with single-cell lab cultures. After all, nothing's harder than trying to isolate a single, eukaryotic cell. So, he created this skill in order to recreate a body from single cells. This would be extremely useful in the future...
